Returns

Upon receipt of your order, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days without giving any reason. You then have 14 days to return the products. You will then receive a refund for the full order amount and any shipping costs. The costs for returning the products are for your own account. This is approximately €7.25 per package, depending on the carrier you use to return the package.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
