Delivery time

Our webshop is open year-round for ordering perennials in P9 pots. This assortment is directly available from our nursery.

In addition, our seasonal assortment, such as our peonies, is only available during certain periods. These are fresh field-grown plants that are only available after harvesting, in autumn and early spring. You can read more about this on this page.

You can indicate in the shopping cart which week you would like to receive your order. After shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace code for your package. We primarily work with DHL and PostNL delivery services.

Minimum order value

For our webshop, we apply a minimum order value of €15. This excludes shipping costs.

Shipping costs

The prices stated in our webshop are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs may be added to your order. This depends on the order value of your total order.

- If you order more than €70 worth of products, shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

- If you order less than €70 worth of products, we charge €6.60 shipping costs for shipping within the Netherlands, €9.25 for shipping to Belgium, and €9.52 for shipping to Germany.

- If you only order our physical gift card, shipping is always free.

Currently, we do not ship orders to other countries. Do you live in another country or would you like to surprise someone in another country? Please contact us at info@clayandroots.com. We can then check if shipping is possible and what shipping costs would be calculated!
