For our webshop, we apply a minimum order value of €15,-.
Delivery time
At Clay & Roots, we work with living seasonal products from the Dutch soil. That's why we send our perennials at the best time, so you'll recieve a garanteed strong perennial that's ready for the transport to your garden. When you recieve your perennials, they can directly be planted into your garden.
Shipping costs
The stated prices in our shop are without shipping costs. On top of your order, there is a possible shipping fee, depending on your location and the total order value.
- Are you ordering for more then €30 on products? Delivery is free in the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipment to Germany we demand a shipping fee of €4.
- Are you ordering for less then €30 on products? The shipping fee within the Netherlands is €4,95, for Belgium €7,95 and for Germany €9.
If you only order our gift card, shipping is always free.
Payment options
We offer many payment options, including: iDeal, Klarna Pay Later, Bancontact, Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. You will find the payment options in the next step.
Plants received, now what?
Our plants are ready for planting straight away. It's important to choose the right spot depending on the ideal location (lots of sun or not).
