About this perennial

Veronicastrum virginicum 'Pink Glow' is a beautiful pink Culver's Root. This perennial is a lovely tall eye-catcher for the back of your border, but you can also pick the flowers. The plant blooms between July and September and prefers full sun. The plant is resistant to salty coastal air and also attracts many bees.

    CARE

    Note that you should give this plant room to grow. In winter, the foliage above ground dies back. New shoots will emerge in spring. Only then should you remove the old foliage.

    In spring, apply some organic fertilizer to stimulate growth and flowering.
    SPOT IN THE GARDEN

    Plant Veronicastrum in a sunny spot and ensure reasonably moist soil. Good drainage is important. If necessary, mix some sand or grit into the soil to make it more permeable.

    The plant is best placed at the back of a border or in a cutting garden.

    Delivery

    Our P9 plants are available directly from stock. You can indicate in the shopping cart when you would like to receive your order.

    Are you also ordering peonies in pre-order in the same order? Then your order will be delivered in two packages. The peonies will be shipped between October 12 and October 25, 2026. You can choose a shipping week for the peonies during checkout; this will be indicated under the shipping method.
