About this perennial

Verbascum Southern Charm is a beautiful perennial for your cutting garden or border. The fantastic colors of the flowers, brown-apricot, pink, and lilac with a wine-red eye, make them stand out beautifully in any bouquet or border. The flowers grow to about 90 centimeters high and can bloom a second time if you prune them after flowering. A true cottage garden favorite!

Planting Can be planted immediately after receipt.
    CARE

    Before planting, mix in some fresh soil or compost for a nutrient-rich base. In spring, remove old leaves or stems and provide some organic fertilizer.

    After flowering, prune the spent blooms to encourage a second flush of flowers at the end of summer. Divide the plant every 4-5 years and replant the younger sections to keep the plant healthy.

    Delivery

    Our P9 plants are available directly from stock. You can indicate in the shopping cart when you would like to receive your order.

    Are you also ordering peonies in pre-order in the same order? Then your order will be delivered in two packages. The peonies will be shipped between October 12 and October 25, 2026. You can choose a shipping week for the peonies during checkout; this will be indicated under the shipping method.
